VENND utilizes cloud based solutions provided by Microsoft Azure that offer the most trusted security, privacy, transparency and most compliant coverage (70+ compliant offerings) of any cloud provider in the industry.  Our environments have best-in-class continuous security-health monitoring, and multi-site redundancy for business contingency and disaster recovery.

VENND recognizes that our customers are using diverse Operating Systems, Devices, and Internet browsers.  While we want every customer to have the best possible experience using our products, we acknowledge that it is impossible to develop software applications that work identically, efficiently, and effectively across all implementations.  We also recognize that testing on every browser version and device combination is no longer possible as many new browser versions are deployed on aggressive weekly or bi-weekly schedules.  This being said, VENND supports the following Web Browsers:

  • Safari

If an issue is discovered with one of the recommended browsers listed above, please report it to VENND Support so that our development team can review the issue.

We have a 24 x 7 x 365 support availability to respond in the unlikely event of a serious processing issue.

VENND’s Service Level Agreement guarantees uptime of 99.9% every month. Our record shows we are always performing above this SLA.  

VENND’s exceptional uptime service record is achieved by planned redundancy throughout our systems, coupled with appropriate quality assurance and change management. This redundancy applies to everything from power and network availability within the Microsoft Azure data centers to firewalls, load balancers, switches, web servers, database servers, etc.
